Mediterra Mediterra is being created with the authentic rustic styles of the Italian countryside and the Mediterranean region of Europe with intimate neighborhoods connected by eight miles of walking and biking paths and a series of historically themed parks. The 1,697-acre community, located in Naples, includes up to 950 residences and more than 1,000 acres of open space.
